Shiraoi beef is a type of high-quality Japanese black beef produced in Shiraoi-cho, Hokkaido. The quality of the fat is especially good, and the tender meat has a sweet taste and is very satisfying. Shiraoi Wagyu" is a brand of beef that is certified as "Shiraoi Wagyu" only when it is raised in a JGAP/HACCP certified farm in Shiraoi-cho, Hokkaido, from birth to carcass shipment.
